Meridian is the player services platform for Vaultcraft. This policy describes information processed when you use Discord-connected features, admissions, support, Minecraft integrations, the Vaultcraft website, member services, or AI-assisted features.
Information Meridian processes
- Discord identity: user ID, username/display name, avatar, membership, roles, permissions, OAuth session information, and interactions needed to provide enabled features.
- Community operations: help requests, admissions/interview records, safety records, support activity, and account/service history needed to operate Vaultcraft.
- Minecraft: Minecraft names/UUIDs, linked identity, server events, diagnostics, application state, and account or safety actions tied to Vaultcraft services.
- Meridian AI: questions and the minimum relevant Vaultcraft context needed to answer them. Meridian may use third-party AI processing providers when AI features are invoked. Private sources remain access-controlled.
- Payments: Vaultcraft uses Vaultcraft Store (Stripe card checkout) when configured. Meridian does not store card numbers, bank credentials, or payment-provider passwords. Recurring donations are not currently offered.
- Technical data: signed session state, service health, security/audit information, network data normally processed by hosting infrastructure, and error logs needed to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate members, provide community services, operate applications and community safety, answer support requests, connect Discord and Minecraft, maintain security and auditability, operate the website, and provide permission-scoped assistance.
AI processing
When an AI feature is used, Meridian may send the minimum relevant request context to a configured processing provider. Do not submit secrets, passwords, or API keys to Meridian AI.
Sharing and providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure providers necessary to run Vaultcraft, Discord, Minecraft services, databases, AI features, and configured payment services. Vaultcraft does not sell member information to advertisers.
Admissions and identity verification
Admissions may use interview results and relevant Vaultcraft operational history from linked Discord and Minecraft identities. Applicants receive their interview result without disclosure of private scoring thresholds, answer keys, or security rules. Discord is the sole website sign-in provider. Minecraft Java ownership is verified using a short-lived in-game /verify challenge bound to the player UUID. Historical linking metadata may be retained for existing verified accounts; no Microsoft tokens are requested or stored.
Retention and requests
Retention is intentionally bounded. By default, abandoned raw interview session state is removed after about 180 days, raw admissions/background report material is scrubbed after about 365 days, and admissions event/audit records are retained for about 1095 days. Summarized outcomes, identity links, active moderation/security records, or records needed for abuse prevention may be retained longer where operationally necessary. Use Help to request access, correction, or deletion where appropriate; security, safety, legal, and backup obligations may limit deletion of particular records.
Security
Meridian uses HTTPS, signed sessions, environment-held secrets, permission controls, confirmations for high-impact actions, and audit records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
